Went to my first pole class/workout on Wednesday and all parts of my body are still sore from it and it’s Saturday now o.o
We didn’t focus on the pole very much in that class but we worked every part of our body and it was pretty awesome.
Can’t wait to shed some weight and tone up!
Getting my body into shape slowly.
Lots of shifts = lots of walking and carrying plates etc
Drinking more water (trying to)
Going jogging (trying to go more regularly)
Starting pole dancing classes (for fitness)
And I should probably start eating healthier foods. More fruits and veg.
More nutrients etc.
Dreamt my braces were coming off next week 😩 cruel world>>
